Everyone was pleased with presents. I especially liked my Nightmare Before Christmas shirt, Samuel R. Delany's About Writing, new jeans (yay!), a cool blue patterned shirt, a RoboReptile, and some fingerless gloves that C will knit for me. Also, C and I gave each other tickets to see Van Morrison Friday night, but that wasn't a surprise.
The rest of the week I'm off, so I'll hang with the kids and with the in-laws and cousins. I'll also be continuing to write and read and get stuff done around the house and what not. The holiday season has de-focused my brain and it's been skittering between topics and tasks and ideas. Now it's time to get focused again and get some things done!
