Speed minus 5 days and counting!

I'm inordinately thrilled about the upcoming "Speed Racer" and I finally figured out why. While the below extended trailer is nice, the Sneak Peek on IMDB (which I can't embed here, dang it!) was the real revelation.

When I was a kid, I had many Matchbox cars and I played Speed Racer All The Time. The "Speed Racer" in the Sneak Peek*is* the Speed Racer of my childhood imagination. Cars jumping all over the place, psychedelic landscapes, gritty interpersonal drama, all of it.

I am *so* psyched for this movie!
