welding pron

There is an informercial on TV for Alumaloy, which is apparently some sort of welding material. The infomercial consists of extreme close-up shots of welding while a woman with a breathy voice describes what's happening, proper procedure, and the strength of the welding material. So far we've learned how to do a butt joint, and how to repair a damaged ear.

I've seen bits of this show now at several times, in several different locations (here and in Texas). The show is strangely compelling.
