The office (aka back bedroom, aka Room of Doom because it's full of stuff) gets very warm, and combined with my natural proclivity to get drowsy about 2:30/3:00 in the afternoon, means I find myself nodding off at the keyboard.
So today I took a Power Nap. Laid down on the floor, put my legs up in the seat of the chair, and dozed for about 20 minutes. It was marvelous. I think at one point I was snoring. I've done the Power Nap at my work desk in my chair, but this was much better.
For some reason, I seem to fall asleep to the Jay and Jack LOST Podcast. It's nothing against them personally.
