Inside the Starbucks world

This article from Slate Magazine (I saw it on CNET), talks about various aspects of the Starbucks phenomonon, such as the Oracle (input your drink, it judges you), Celebrity Gossip (what does Sandra Bullock order?) and various customer habits.

I'm not a big Starbucks fan, I refer to the place as "Scarred and Burned Bucks" because the drinks always taste burned, but I thought the article was interesting.

As for my standard Starbucks drink (grande non-fat decaf vanilla latte), the Oracle chided me for not having caffeine.
