I'll be following my highly controversial diet plan of "get more exercise and eat less crap". I'll be laying off the scones I have while drinking (non-fat) lattes and writing, and also cutting back on desserts. Ben & Jerry's Peanut Butter Cup ice cream (mmmm ... Peanut Butter Cup) will not be allowed in the house.
I'm thinking it should go well, as I work out enough to maintain my weight despite eating my share of junk. Weight at fitness center this morning was 191, fat status was "a generous handful".
