given i'm still on the tail end of a cold and cough, this would be useful  
It's the Lung Flute, a simple device designed to assist the lung cilia in moving mucus from the lungs and thus up and out. It looks amazing.

We use these ( http://www.smiths-medical.com/catalog/bronchial-hygiene/acapella/acapella.html ) at our hospital, which sort of do the same thing.

These companies are very good with the names - acapella, lung flute. Funny! The devices look awesome, though...
