Dolores Umbridge == Laura Bush?

The family went to see "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" at the IMAX tonight, and afterwards C made the comment about how much Dolores Umbridge looked like Laura Bush. I hadn't noticed it before, but now that she's mentioned it the similarity is obvious.
