The much-desired change in work responsibilities has fully occurred and there are already bugs to be replicated and fixed.
It's the early days of math contest season at the district and there is coordination and planning and registration to be done.
And, of course, there's family and household and financials to manage.
And that writing stuff! I've been a bit of a slacker, though I'm still trying to make steady progress on revisions to "Walls of Stars" and "This Moment".
And Viable Paradise in 1.5 weeks! Woohoo! Excited about it more every day, and it still hasn't really hit me.
Of course, spending an hour last night looking at information about the tallest people in the world really doesn't help. I could try to classify it as research for the story idea "The Giant at the Wedding", but that's reaching.
