proper eating: how *not* to

Tossing about 600+ calories worth of cereal (Optimum Prime mixed with BooBerry) and milk down as a post-dinner late-night snack is not, I repeat not, the way to lose some excess flab by watching what you're eating.

Just in case anyone was wondering. Now you know.
